Bad weather interfered somewhat with the Winton J.C.s meeting yesterday, but otherwise the gathering was a success. Following are the results of the first day's racing : — Hurdles (two miles). — Seaward, 1; Narrate, 2 ; Nat, 3. Dividend, £3 15s. W_r_ox Guineas. — Sparrow, 1 ; Webster, 2 ; King Solomon, 3. Dividend, £3 18s. Winton Cur. — Silverstieam, 1 ; Lady Somnus, 2 ; Dilemma, 3. Dividend, £3 3s. Handicap Time Trot (three miles). — White Wave, 1; Miss Mac, 2; Charity, 3. Dividend, £2 19s. Maiden Plate. — Red Robin, 1 ; Loch Sloy, 2 ; Lady Van, 3. Dividend, £4. Flying Handicap. — Lady Somnus, 1; Reflection, 2 ; Black Pearl, 3. Dividend, £2 Bs. Handicap Time Trot (two miles). — White Wave, 1 ; Sandy, 2 ; Stirling Lad, 3. Dividend, £10 13s. Tradesmen's Handicap. — Musket, 1 ; Silverstream, 2 ; St. Patrick, 3. Dividend, £1 14s.
