(Per Press Association.) WKr.LINOTOX. Sept-,. 21 The Chief Justice has intimated to the counsels for plaintiff's that on Friday next the Court of Appeal would give judgment in tbs case of Teara, Takara and others v. Alex. M‘Donald, affirming the decision of \lr.Justice Richmond, who tiad decided in favor of' the plaintiffs, the costs to be on the highest scale. The action was brought by the original native owners of tho Awahuri Block, Manawatu to regain possession on paying the amount of the mortgage, and both tho Supreme Court ami the Court of Appeal have decided in their favor.
