A disagreement has arisen between M. Pasteur s representatives and the Eabbit Commissioners. The former submitted certain conditions for testing the efficacy of the scheme, but the Commission decided that a more severe test than that proposed should be employed. M. Pasteur has been communicated with by cable on the subject. The experiments will begin to-morrow in tho presence of the Commissioner.

There is a possibility of a deadlock between the two branches of tho Legislature on tho Chinese Bill, now before the House on some amendments made by the Council.
