Shocking Outrage in a Prison

A shocking outrage was committed in one of the cells of the Central Police Station last night. A prisoner named Hewitt made an attempt to commit an unnatural offence upon another man named Park. Tho latter was this morning discovered horribly mutilated, portions of flesh and blood bespattering the cell.
