At the Magistrate’s Court this afternoon tho brothers Jatnes and Richard White, on a charge of stealing the yacht Dido, which they took to Lyttelton, where they were captured, were committed for trial. Bail was allowed, £IOO each, and two sureties of £SO each. The Gazette notifies the appointment of Mr F. C.
