Per Electric Telegraph Copyright i Reuter’s Telegrams. Received Die 11, 10.50 a.m. Anm.uDK, Saturday The Premier h r- received a telogram from tho Right Hon Cecil Rnikos, suggesting tho advisableness of agreement with the Colonies fixing the rate of postago on letters sent direct to England at throepence, but the Government of this Colony and Victoria favour a fourfeuco rate. New South Wales has not yet intimated her views on this point.
