A military conference presided over by His Majesty Emperor Francis Joseph was held hero today to discuss tho action of Russia, in assembling troops on the frontier. ’ It was decided that no immediate measures bo taken as tho massing of Russian troops on tho Galician frontier has been stopped for tho last few days, but it was resolved if these tactics aro resumed Austria will take active preparations.
