Per Electric Telegraph- Copyright reuter’s telegrams. llobart, Thursday. The steamship Tainui sailed for New Zealand last night. Received Nov 17, at 10.30 p.m. Sydney, Thursday. Arrived yesterday, Mariposa from Fr’isco, via Auckland, with English and American mails. Mr Dailey’s state of health is causing serious uneasiness amongst his friends. Arrived to-day, H.M. ship Calliope. The Right Hon W. B. Dailey is failing very greatly in health. Ilanlan and Beach aro in excellent condition for tho contest, and the interest in tho race is increasing very much, Beach being tho favorite.
11. M. Raven loaves here for New Zealand in the course of a few days. The weather recently has been very unseasonable throughout tho Colony.
