VISIT OF AN AUSTRIAN CORVETTE
Auckland, May S. The Austrian corvette Saida, Captain Fayenz, has arrived from Sydney. She left Sydney on the 25th ult, and remains here a week, and then goes to Fiji. Capt Fayenz, of the Austrian Saida, was here in the Neveda with Dr Hochstetter in 1858. He was then a midshipman. The Mayor paid him an official visit to-day.
