E* -Leeson, who has seldom missed seW ing games in which her son ha* 7 i played on the home ground. ' ! After the supper interval Mr. F. Thomas extended a welcome! to all present. They had ered to congratulate “Johnny” Lee 4 son on his inclusion in th 1934 All Black team. (Applause). A solid leather, travelling -bag presented to Mr. Leeson with tint, ’ best wishes of all present. ? A presentation of an initialled ' travelling rug was made to J. Xeesodf by the Morrinsville Rugby Union af the dinner given to the Thame* football team after the recent matdf for the Peace Cup. In making th* presentation, Mr. D. R. F. Campbell president of the Union, referred. tq the popularity of Morrinsville’s first representative in the All Blacks, wild had thoroughly deserved the honouV he had secured.
