In addressing communications to the Record Office, correspondent* would save' inconvenience by addressing to thifl Editor, or Manager, and not in the name of an individual t member of the staff, who may or may not he at the office when the letter comes to hand. letters with official addresses are always opened (unless marked “ confidential ”1 and are dealt with immediately, whereas in" the other case a delay of days imight occur.
