.MATAMATA SITTING. At the last sitting of the Matamata Court, Mr. S. L. Paterson, S.M., being on the Bench, judgment for plaintiff with costs was given in the ■following cases:—F. J. Hilliar v. H. Robertson, £37 Is Bd, costs £4 5s 6d; Waterson and Co. v. N. J. Price, £6 2s 6d, costs £1 14s 6d; Matamata Town Board v. F. E. Kersey, £l. 4s Id, costs 8s; W. M. Griffiths v. J. Jones, £35 5s 6d, costs £4 Is 6d. Judgment Summonses. Orders on judgment summonses were made as follows:—D. Morrow v. T. Douglas, claim £8 15s, ordered to pay £3 15s forthwith in default four days Rotorua; W. D. and H. C. Wills v. J. S. Whitworth, claim £3O 19s 6d, ordered to pay amount plus solicitor’s fee £1 Us 6d, at rate of £5 per month; Settle Bros. Ltd. v. Dan Tangi, claim £26 12s, amount to be paid forthwith, in default 26 days in Rotorua prison, warrant suspended on payment of £4 per month. R. Casey v. N. Kemp, .claim £ll 12s lid, amount to be paid forthwith in default 12 days in Rotorua prison. R. Casey v.'W. Way, claim £5 2s 6d, amount to be paid forthwith in default 5 days Rotorua prison. R. Casey v. C. M. Luders, claim £32 5s Bd, amount to be paid forthwith in default. 32 days Rotorua prison; order suspended on payment of £1 per month. Settle Bros. Ltd. v. E. Lowther, claim £2O 10s lid, amount to be paid forthwith in default 21 days in Rotorua prison; order suspended on payment of £1 per month. P. Carey and Co. v. Miller and Cumming, claim £l6 8s lOd, ordered to pay amount plus solicitor’s fee £1 Is in sums of £2 each in April and May and £1 per month thereafter.
