TIRAU v. CAMBRIDGE. A full rink from the Cambridge club visited Tfrau recently and suffered defeat by 25—12. The rinks were:— _ ~ Cambridge.—Taylor, Calvert, Lundon, S. Lewis (s). Tirau.—S. J. Bear, W. Craig, W. Main, T. Little (s).
PUTARURU v. TIRAU. A Putaruru rink, consisting of Alfred, J. Rolfe, De Gars, Hollard (s) visited Tirau over the week-end and played a Tirau rink consisting of F. Rose, W. Craig, W. Main, T. Little (s). Tirau won by 24 points to 18. With the exception of Main, who played for J. Watson, the rinks are as they will play in the Cambridge tourney. TIRAU v. MATAMATA. Two Matamata rinks visited Tirau for night bowls at the latter end of last week. The Tirau rinks were skipped by W. Main and F. Rose, and Matamata by G. Stewart and W. Crabb. Both games went to the last head, Matamata winning in each case.
