Leslie A M. Galvin.

The death occurred in the Frankton hospital on Friday last of Mr Leslie Arthur Morris Galvin, youngest son of Mrs M. Galvin and the late Mr P. Galvin, of Cardrona. Deceased went into the hospital close on 12 monts ago for an operation from which he only partially recoverel. He had to go back to the hospital a few months ago and he never recovered. Les. Galvin was born in Cardrona just on 21 years ago where he received his schooling. After leaving school he engaged in farming on his mother’s property. He will be sadly missed by his family and a large circle of friends. Fond of sport, deceased was one of the main supports of the local cricket club. Deceased’s remains were interred in the Queenstown cemetery on Sunday. The funeral was attended by a large number of friends. The Rev. Father Ardagh officiated at the graveside.
