A report from the American Consulate at Charlotte Town states that the Legislature of the Province of Prince Edward Island, Canada, by a unanimous vote has refused to repeal the law making it a criminal offence, punishable by a high fine, to run an automobile or any other motor vehicle 0 on any of the public highways of the province.
