Birley was granted renswal of bush license over five acres at Turner's Creek, Dart river, for one year, at £1 rental; license fee, 21s.— The following applications to surrender were accepted, the land to be offered at a capital value of 10s per acre with valuations : Charles Koch, block 1, Upper Wakatipu district, section 4, at £lO3 10s; Section 5, £lO 12s; Section 10, £2O 18s; Robert Elliot, section 21, £7B 17s; Mark Harris, section 19, £l2 3s.
