Charles Swanson was convicted at the police court yesterday on two of sly-grog selling at Middlemarch, and was (iu«*d £l3 on each charge. A new order lias beeu adopted by the New South Wales Assembly, empowering the speaker to stop members from speaking whcu the object is clearly obstructive.
