MONDAY 10th AUGUST, 1891. (Before J. N. Wood, Esq, Warden.) In the matter of VV. Peterson's land of which Mr Mauson (for the N Z. and Mercau'ile Agencv Co), applied for an area for out houses, Mr M'Kenzie having surveyed the ground and reported thereon, the area applied for was granted.
