WELLINGTON CLUB’S TOURNAMENT. [Pkh Pbkss Association.] WELLINGTON, December 28. The Wellington Golf Club’s summer tournament was concluded to-day at tho /Kerelaunga. links. In the championship Arthur Duncan beat Douglas Whyte, one . up at the eighteenth hole, after a fine game, which was interesting throughout. Duncan played right up to his form and outclassed his opponent, although the younger player showed skill .and one of his putts was remarkable, Whyte holing from the edgo of tlie green. The wind hampered both players. Duncan beat Whyte at the last Easter tournament, 8 up and four to play.
