[Per Press Association.] GISBORNE, December 28. The world’s chopping and Bawing championship and athletic oarnival was concluded to-day. Cooler conditions prevailed than on tho preceding day, the sky being at tunes ovorcast, and a few light showers fell during! the day. There was again a large attendance. Results:— . „ , . .
