PASTORAL COMMISSION.

T. Sadd (chairman). W. B. Buckhurst, D. Jardino, R. Scott, A. M’lnness, C. Todd and Dr L. Cockayne. Mr C. W. Hirst, who, when the commission was sitting at Dunedm, presented a lengthy statement on Otago and Southland land tenures, was cross-examined on his suggestions.
