PARK TERRACE AND SUMNER. Charles Clark, in conjunction with tha Jones, M’Cnstio Company, yesterday soul by auction “ Ftrowanlea,” a residential | property, Sn Park Terrace, in the estate of the late Mrs G. G. Stead. The purchaser was Mr J. D. M’Gruer, lately of Invercargill, but now of Christchurch, the price being £6OOO. The residential property at Sumner, in the same estate, which was ulbo put up at auction. was not‘sold. Mr Clark later sold, on account of the Public Trustee, a six-roomed house at Nay land Street, Sumner, for £I2OO.
