A SERIOUS CHARGE.
[Per Press Association.] THAAIES, Alay 17. Edith Amy Gerraghty, charged at tho Police Court this morning with unlawfully using an instrument, was remanded for eight days, bail being fixed in two sureties of £2OO each and the accused in £2OO.
Arising from the charge a young man, Daniel Roy Fisher, was charged with procuring the commission of the offence. He was similarly remanded, the bail being half tho amount of that in the first case.
