LONDON >4 March 5The “Daily Express ” understands that the Allies have decided on the naval and military occupation, of Constantinople. The Turkish Cabinet resigned owing to the Entente’s Note demanding the withdrawal of the Turkish army beyond Ismid, fifty-five miles eastward of Constantinople. The “Daily Express” understands that Greece will have control of Smyrna and Thrace. It is proposed to place the sacred places at Adrianople under* Turkish care.
