The first conference of the Executive Council of tho Zionist organisation since the war has opened, and nearly every country in the world is represented. Dr Weitztaann said the question of the establishment of a Jewish national home would be shortly discussed by the Peace Conference. He had been assured that the settlement would satisfy the Zionist claims, namely, Palestine to remain under a mandate to maintain and develop into a Jewish national home.
