Speaking before the State Council, King Christian, in announcing the result of the North Schleswig plebiscite, expressed deep gratitude to God. Ha regretted that his dear father had not lived to 6ee this day. GERMAN PRESS FURIOUS. BERLIN, February 12. The Press is furious and bitterly bewails the result of the plebiscite, which is attributed to lack of German propaganda in the country districts.
