The annual demonstration and presents* tion of prizes in connection with the Christchurch Presbyterian Sabbath School Union, will be held in St Paul's Church this evening, at 7.30 o'clock. A jumble sale will be held in the Hastings Street Hall, Sydenham, at 2 p.m. to-morrow. Entries for the baby show in connection ■with the Plunket Society's fete will close with Mr G. L. Donaldson, at the Art Gallery, on Wednesday, October 8, at 5 p.m.
