LONDON WOOL SALES.

Tlio wool sales closed firm, with good competition for super combings crossbreds. but low carbonising sorts were irregular, and some were withdrawn. Fine cross-breds and merino combing were about 5 per cent above opening rates. Other descriptions were about par. The “ Rahana,” New Zealand, wool made up to 28d and averaged 261 d.
