ASSISTANCE FROM AUSTRALIA. [Pxr Press Association.] WELLINGTON, November 22.
Referring to the influenza outbreak at Samoa the Prime Minister said that in existing circumstances not much assistance could. l)e .sent from New Zealand. The Government, therefore, requested the Australian Government to help. A reply has: been, received that the warship. Encounter will be sent from Sydney with nine medical men, thirty-five medical orderlies, tents, drugs, vaccine and other articles sufficient to meet the need. Mr Massoy warmly praised the prompt neighbourly action of "the Commonwealth authorities-
