PEACE REJOICINGS.
ENORMOUS CROWDS IN LONDON. LONDON, November 16. Frenzied peace rejoicings continue in Paris and London. A vast concourse assembled in Trafalgar Square on Wednesday night, lit a great fire and flung in German guns. Other immense crowds celebrated in the West End and Piccadilly. Traffic was stopped and the police were powerless.
