clined, and at the end of tho Bale there was no competition, and several pens paesed unsold. Primo bullocks £2l, medium £lB 10s to £2O iOs, lighter £l6 to £l7 10s, prime heifers £ls 17s Gd, medium £l3 10s to £l4 15s, light and aged £l2 upwards. Sheep—l77o were penned. In the absence of competition from export buyers the entry was quite sufficient for requirements. The market was -stagnant, and at times erratic. Prime wethers 38s Gd to 4ls 9d, medium Sts Cd to 37a Cd, light and unfinished 29s 9d upwards, primo ewes 35s to 38s 3d', medium 31s to 345, light and aged 26s upwards. Lambs— There was a small yarding, and prices were a- little better then last week.
