THE RUSSIAN SITUATION

Civil war is said to be general in Russia, with heavy fighting in Finland and Volhynia. It is stated that the Ukrainians have captured Lutsk, after three days’ fighting. The Rumanians are reported to have advanced into Bessarabia.
