JUDGE DENNISTON.
RESIGNATION NEXT WEEK. The resignation of his Honor Mr Justice Denniston from the Supreme Court Bench of New Zealand will be gazetted as from February 4. Arrangements were made for him to take leave of the Christchurch Bar today, but as his Honor has been detained at a sitting of the Appeal Court in Wellington the gathering has been postponed until 11 a.m. on Saturday, in the Supreme Court Chamber.
