CONFERENCE IN WELLINGTON. DEPUTATION TO MINISTERS ON FRIDAY. [FBOM OXTB CORRESPONDENT.] WELLINGTON, July 4. A conference of eighteen city and suburban members of Parliament from the four centres this morning decided to wait on Mr Massey, Sir Joseph Ward and Mr Hemes jointly on Friday to urge a uniform concession in the matter of night suburban trains.
