A Rumanian communique, undated, received to-day, does not tlixow any further light on the position at Craiova, but reports violent, enemy attacks on the Cerna near Orsova. It adds:—We fortified ourselves and captured positions near Drago&lavele, while in the Alt Valley there wero infantry actions. In the centre there were enemy bombardments and on tho left wins we have withdrawn in the Jiul Valley, and now occupy our old positions. AMSTERDAM, November 23.
