CUT WITH A CHISEL. On Saturday afternoon Mr It. J. At an inquest ou George Betts, carpenter, aged forty-five, who was found dead in Pnrnell, a verdict of suicide by poison while- of unsound mind was returned. An inquest was held on Mary J ami, single, aged twenty-one,, who died in the hospital. Tho verdict was suicide by poison, caused by depression, the result of illness.
