CALL FOR MEN.
CHRISTCHURCH AREA. A SLACK WEEK. The week ended on Saturday was rather a slack one judged by recent recruiting standards, the average falling below forty per day. Saturday’s total, 25, was the smallest registered during the week, and the slump has been a fairly steady one throughout the six days. Tho following tabic shows the recruiting figures for Christchurch for tho last three weeks:—
