A REPORT FROM SAN FRAN-
CISCO
[Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, April 27. Mr Massoy informed a "Post" reporter that ho had received the following cablegram from Mr Clifton, representing the New Zealand Government at the Panama Exposition at San Francisco: "It is observed here that some 3>0,000 tons of wheat are said to be on tho point of arriving at Vladi'vostock for shipment to E\u-ope. It is said that a lares number of British ships have arriredat that port via the Panama Oanal and that there will be a delay experienced in loading, as there aro > but few facilities thero for dealing with such cargoes. Temporary wharves and moorings are being constructed."
