The visible supply is 67,760,000 bushels. . , The Chicago wheat market is quiet. TALLOW. At the auctions 2002 casks were offered and 365 sold. Prices were unchanged. CORNED BEEF. (Received September 25, 12.5 a.m.) LONDON, September 23. Corned beef is in strong demand at about a shilling per. pound for pound tins and ninepence per pound for sixpound tins.

Wahi Grand Junctions were sold at 23s 3d and 235, and there were further sellers at 23s 3d and buyers at 22s 9d. Talismans were quoted with sellers at 27s 6d and buyers 275. WELLINGTON, September 24. There was only one call on tho Stock Exchange to-day, and no sales.
