' Dominion Meteorologist’s summary and forecast:— Tho weather has continued equally mid showery in tho northern, southern and western districts. Stormy conditions extended over tho whole country last nierht, but an improvement was reported from the East Coast districts to-clay. High south-westerly winds havo predominated and tho barometer has risen generally. Prerent i r dicati-ns are for strong southerly and westerly winds and a further increase in barometric pressure, coid and changeable weather probable, with scattered showers, especially in districts with a westerly aspect.
