CLAIM FOR DAMAGES.
(Per Press Assocuttox.] WANGANUI, June 4. In the Supreme Court a claim is being heard for £1528 damages by O. H. Alartin from Russell Biguell, Limited, on account of an accident which permanently crippled plaintiff while engaged in building the AA'hite Hart Hotel, Marion, last year. Plaintiff claims that the accideit arose through negligence on the part of the defendants in not having sufficient support to the balcony.
