OPEN-AIR HOME. £IOO AND SITE OFFERED. Tim Mayor has received a letter from Mr G. D. Greenwood, of Teviotdalo, Amberley, contributing the 6um £IOO for the fund for the Open-air Homo for Children, and offering land for a site. „ ~ „ “ 1 am extremely glad, Mr Greenwood says in his letter, “ to see that a movement has been set on foot to provide an Open-air Home for children in this district. The movement has my sincerest sympathy, and I shall be glad to contribute £IOO to help on the work, and will be willing to serve on any committee or in any other way possible. If the Amberley district is not thought to be too far away for the Home, I shall be pleased to donate a si!e for it.
