Oldfield, whilst ploughing in his fields, turned up n human skull, arm bones and leg bones. The relics are those of an adult, probably a Maori, and appear to be about half-a-century old. Arrangements were made to entertain members of the Kaiapoi Lodge who intend to pay a fraternal visit to the iodge on Juno -29.
