OTIRA TUNNEL WORKERS. [FIIQM Oca CORRESPONDENT.] OTIRA, May 22. All work is proceeding hero as usual, A meeting of the Union will be held on Sunday to discuss the difficulty which has arisen at Bealey Elat, as tlio tunnel workers there are members of the same Union.
TIMARU WATERSIDE WORKERS [Per Press Association-.] TIMARU, May 22.
The first annual meeting of the Timaru Waterside Union, (arbitration), which was formed after a strike last venr (before tho general strike), was held last night, and lasted till midnight. The principal results were the election of new officers, some of them members of the former Union which struck and an order that the accounts of the late executive should be subjected to a special audit.
