DEPENDENCE ON GERMANY,
EXPORTERS’ PROTEST,

A congress of exporters at Kieff resolved that it was necessary to liberate Russia from economic dependence on Germany. The present treaty, it was stated, was humiliating. The congress urged immediate development of commercial relations with Great Britain, Italy and other countries.
