CROWN PRINCE INSULTED. TWO EDITORS SUMMONED. By Telegraph—Press Association—CopyrigSt. BERLIN, March 3. Two editors, named Weltam. and Montag, have been summoned for insulting the Crown Prince. They dubbed him “ William tho Last,” and severely criticised his Zabern telegrams. They declared that he was a thorough agitator for the German republic.
