TIMARU BOROUGH COUNCIL.
[Per Press Association.] TIMARU. October 30. The Timaru Borough Council last night at the closo of a long inquiry into complaints regarding the Borough Engineer's Department resolved to ask the engineer to resign. Mr Leeder in reply to charges said these only referred to small details which under pressure of important cousti uction work he had been unable to attend to properly. '
