SUPREME COURT.
[Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, May 7. At tho Supremo Court to-day James Henry Hope was convicted of having illegally sold beer. Sentence was deterred. Arthur Joseph Wicks, charged with indecently assaulting a girl aged fourteen years and eight months, one of his pupils, at his residence, was found guiltv, with a recommendation to mercy. Sentence was deferred.
