A New York message says that the steamer Vosburg is stranded at the entrance to the Nehalem River, Oregon. Heavy seas broke over the vessel during the whole night, making it impossible to rescue the crew. Combers swept a great hole in the bows of the V osburg, and finally, after an heroic effort, tho Goverment life-saving crow put off in a lifeboat and managed to rescue the crew, who were in tho last stages of exhaustion.
