BOY SCOUTS.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir.—ln the Scout, column of S.-.tur. day's paper I noticed t'-at a charge he<i been made f-cainst a Scoutras-ster and! a Scout. The charge against the Scoutmaster was justifiable, but in th» Scout's case there was no charge whatever, unless the authorities behaved like school children and laid' a charge for non-attendance .«t the inquiry. I may state that the'.Seoul was not ordered to attend the inquiry, neither had he received a written notice regarding same. Thc> Executive evidently do ro*i know their business or else they would not 1 have been such idiots a,s to condemn the Scout without first asking an explanation. Secondly, the Scout had resigned ,«ome considerable time before the charges wrin? laid.—T am, etc..
